At Sustainabox, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the policy below.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be new and unused and returned within 30 days of purchase.

We accept exchanges for eligible products, provided the item meets the return conditions outlined above.

Returns must be sent by mail.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage and for obtaining the return shipping label.

We do not charge a restocking fee for returned products.

Once your returned item has been received and reviewed, eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days.

The refund will be issued using the original payment method, subject to any applicable payment-provider processing times.
